During her long and successful career in real estate, Alyce Walker has helped many people buy and sell their homes in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Her diverse experience and familiarity has given her a broad prospective on how best to provide quality service to her clients. As a member of the Charlotte Regional REALTOR® Association, North Carolina Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®, Alyce has had the opportunity to serve on various committees and boards to make long-term decisions that have affected the local real estate industry.

Alyce has earned designations as a Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and e-Pro Internet certification program. By continuing her real estate education with these programs, Alyce can better serve her clients by staying on the forefront of her profession. To help other real estate professionals succeed, she served as a mentor for many other real estate leaders.

Alyce can also credit her dedication to buyers and sellers to her own interest in the community. Over the years, she has been an active member and served as president of the SouthPark Civitan Club, Charlotte Junior Woman's Club, Charlotte Civinettes and Meredith College Alumnae Association. When she isn't guiding clients through the real estate process, Alyce volunteers her time to various community organizations and clubs including Trinity Presbyterian Church, Habitat for Humanity, March of Dimes, United Way, Arts & Science Council, YMCA and the Humane Society. Alyce also has a passion for music and has been a chorus member for the Charlotte Opera and performed in local musical productions.
